Items purchased from the Canadian store are processed in Canadian dollars and shipped out of Calgary, AB, Canada within 2 business days (usually the same day) via Canada Post Expedited service. Typically customers in western Canada will receive their order in 1-2 business days, while customers in central and eastern Canada will receive their order in 3-4 business days. The total cost of shipping will not exceed C$14 per order, no matter where in Canada you're from, and no matter how many items you purchase. No provincial sales tax or HST will be charged, but the federal 5% GST will have to be included on all orders made throughout Canada.

Why is it C$14 to ship an order in Canada, but only $9 USD to ship to the US? The answer simply comes down to the cost of shipping. We subsidize the shipping to either country to the same degree. The difference is that on average it's more expensive to ship an order in Canada than in the US.

Larger packages will be shipped via UPS Ground. Typically customers in the US will receive their order in 2-4 business days. The total cost of shipping will not exceed $9 USD per order, no matter where in the US you're from, and no matter how many items you purchase. Orders that are being shipped to US address are also tax and duty free.

All international orders will be processed in US dollars and shipped out of Sweet Grass, MT, USA via USPS. Any potential taxes and duties will depend on which country an order is being shipped to. Please contact us before you make an order, and we will find you the lowest price for shipping. We will also try to figure out if you'll be subject to any extra costs upon receiving the order. However, Wilderness Excursions will not be responsible if any taxes or duties are incurred.

For online orders, returns will be accepted up to 7 days after receiving the product. The product must not be used, and must still be in new condition. The total cost of shipping, tax and duties will be the responsibility of the buyer. In Canada, returns can be sent back to Calgary, AB. For United States and International customers, returns can be sent back to Sweet Grass, MT or Calgary, AB.
